Working Student – Process Development for Additive Manufacturing (m/f)

Munich – Germany

 

 

 

We are a Munich based startup that develops 3D-printing systems for medical applications. Our goal is to provide new manufacturing solutions for decentralized and individualized production of medical products.

To achieve our goal we are building a team of people that is highly qualified and motivated to push boundaries in additive manufacturing and healthcare.

To complement our team we are currently looking for a working student.

 

 

You will work on:

  • Process optimization of the Fused-Layer-Modelling (aka. FFF, FDM) process
  • Process validation and parameter analysis for polymer materials (e.g. PEEK, PEI, PC)  
  • Construction and development tasks

 

 

You are:

  • Engineering student (mechanical, chemical, …)
  • Motivated for hands-on work
  • Enthusiastic about 3D-printing (preferable with experience in FLM)
  • Working independently and with a high sense of responsibility
  • A team player with an interdisciplinary mindset

Mechatronics/Electronics Specialist (m/f)

To complement our team we are currently looking for a full-time automation engineer.

 

 

You will work on

  • Implementation of new features like process monitoring, process control and automated evaluation of process parameters
  • Develop, code, test and debug system software
  • Collaboration and project management of software related topics, e.g. for PLC and HMI aspects
  • Firmware development together with our hardware and process development team and partners

 

You have:

  • A background in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or related areas
  • Experience in the use of C++ or IEC 61131
  • Hands-On experience with process automation

 

You are:

  • Motivated to turn innovative ideas into a product
  • Working independently and with a high sense of responsibility
  • A team player with an interdisciplinary mindset

To complement our team we are currently looking for a full-time Process development engineer.

 

 

You will work on:

  • Process optimization of the Fused-Layer-Modelling (aka. FFF, FDM) process
  • Process validation and parameter analysis for polymer materials (e.g. PEEK, PEI, PC)
  • Conceptual design of process monitoring with focus on medical applications
  • Commissioning and operation of high-end 3D-printing systems

 

You have:

  • A background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering or related areas
  • Experience in additive manufacturing, preferable the Fused-Layer-Modelling process
  • Knowledge in material sciences, preferable for polymer materials

 

You are:

  • Motivated to turn innovative ideas into a product
  • Working independently and with a high sense of responsibility
